Precautions when applying for participation

  • Application and payment can be made only through Lotte ON product page.
    • *Separate English guide will not be provided when applying on Lotte ON website
    • *If you need to inquire, please contact 2023 SKY RUN Secretariat./ TEL : 02-3496-7805(Operating hours : Weekdays 10~ 18 / Lunchtime 12~13)
  • Only 1 person can apply per Lotte ON log-in name(ID) to prevent duplicate purchase.
    • * If 2 people would like to apply, both participants would have to apply and pay under two names (IDs).
    • * *Duplicate purchase is prohibited due to issues such as consent provided for the personal information of others, issue in delegating purchase, undermining fairness when one person were to purchase multiple entry tickets, and etc..
  • Participation category and size of official T-shirts are limited on a first-come, first-served basis, and application cannot be made if the T-shirts were to run out.
  • Nationality, name, gender, date of birth, phone number of participants must be entered accurately upon application. (Cannot be changed later/Must input information of the actual race participants regardless of the information registered when applying as Lotte ON member)
  • Race Kit shipping address must be accurately input to the shipment address field when paying for product. (Cannot change by principle/must contact the Secretariat if inevitably required to change)
  • Personal information entered upon application is used only for the operation of the Sky Run and the information is disposed within a year after achieving the corresponding purpose.
  • Participants who completed the application are deemed to have agreed to all of the following: ① Consent to collet personal information ② Consent to collect sensitive information ③ Consent to provide personal information to the third party ④ Consent to use portrait rights. This is minimum information required to operate the Sky Run, and those with objections cannot apply. (Please check below contents of the consent agreement for details)
  • Application/cancellation and refund is not possible except for during the application period (3. 20~3. 24). Please take care in applying for participation.

Consent agreement form to provide personal information to the third party to participate in the 2023 Lotte World Tower Sky Run.
As for personal information collected on Lotte ON during application, personal information processing work is consigned to an external vendor for smooth provision of service.
Work related to processing (treatment) of personal information collected on Lotte ON is consigned as follows, and necessary measures are being taken to securely manage personal information for consignment contract, pursuant to relevant laws.
In addition, personal information of members are not provided to the third party without separate notification.
However, when there is a request from an investigation institution in line with the procedures and method defined in the law for investigation purpose, or pursuant to regulations of the law, information is provided to the third party after gaining consent from the applicant.

  • Rights to refuse personal information being provided to the third party and disadvantages pursuant to refusal
    The company provides personal information to the third party for smooth service, and there may be difficulties in application to participate in the race upon refusal.

Participants agree to images and videos being taken upon participation in the '2023 Lotte World Tower Sky Run' held by the hosting organization, and agree to produce and distribute promotional materials of the race using the images and the videos (Print-outs, videos, and etc.).
  • Usage media: Promotion media such as Lotte World Tower website and SNS, articles, and such Daily newspaper, magazine, brochure, internal medial of Lotte World Tower & Mall, and domestic broadcasting media such as main land-based and regional cable networks
    *Usage period for portrait rights: April 22nd, 2023 ~ April 22nd, 2025 (2 years since the date the picture was taken)
  • Usage media: Record confirmation on the day of the race, personal image and completion certificate search site (www.smartchip.co.kr)
    *Usage period for portrait rights: April 22nd, 2023 ~ April 22nd, 2024 (1 year since the date the picture was taken)
