Lotte Property & Development was established on June 15, 1982, and is a business owner of Lotte World Tower and Lotte World Mall with a height of 555m and 123 floors. With the pride of building a landmark of Korea, the project was carried out, and about 4.2 trillion won was spent on a 26,500 pyeong(=3.3m2) site to create multiple complexes of Lotte World Tower and Mall. Lotte World Mall opened in October 2014 and Lotte World Tower in April 2017, providing customers with more experience than they can ever imagine, including various shopping, entertainment, high-quality work, and residential spaces.
